At HQMX, we believe in an ethical supply chain for data. We are transparent about what we collect, why we collect it, and how we protect it.

2. No-Logs Policy (VPN)

When you use HQMX as a VPN client to browse the internet:

• We DO NOT log your browsing history.
• We DO NOT log your DNS queries.
• We DO NOT log your traffic destination.

Your private browsing activity stays private. Our architecture is designed so that we cannot see what you are doing.

3. Data We Do Collect

To operate the Resource Exchange Network, we collect minimal operational data:

A. Account Data

If you create an account, we store your email (hashed/encrypted) for authentication.

B. Network Health Data

We monitor your node's uptime, bandwidth contribution, and IP type to credit your account and ensure network quality.

4. How the Proxy Network Works

When your device is used as an exit node by our partners:

• Partners access public web data through your IP.
• Partners are strictly vetted (KYC) and prohibited from accessing private or illegal sites.
• Traffic is sandboxed and cannot access your local network or files.

5. GDPR & CCPA Rights

Under GDPR (EU) and CCPA (California), you have the right to:

• Access: Request a copy of the data we hold about you.
• Deletion: Request complete deletion of your account and data ("Right to be Forgotten").
• Opt-Out: You can stop sharing your resources at any time by uninstalling the app.
