Terms of Service

1. The Mission: Plant AI

By installing HQMX VPN, you join the "Plant AI Earth Project". This is a unique agreement where you contribute to a global cause in exchange for premium services:

• We provide you: Free, unlimited, premium-speed VPN access.
• You provide us: Permission to use your idle bandwidth to collect public data (weather, crop prices, soil data) for our AI models.
• The Goal: All value generated from this network is reinvested into building AI solutions for global food scarcity.

Explicit Monetization Consent: You understand and agree that we monetize your idle bandwidth by allowing verified commercial partners to route traffic through your node. This revenue is the sole funding source for the Plant AI research. You will not receive any financial compensation.

2. Idle Resources Only

We strictly prioritize your device's performance. The HQMX Node is designed to be active only when:

• Your device is connected to Wi-Fi (not mobile data).
• Your device is idle or charging.
• Your battery level is sufficient.

3. Permitted Use Only

The HQMX Network is built for legitimate purposes only. Our commercial partners use the network for:

• Market research and price comparison.
• Ad verification and SEO monitoring.
• Academic research and public data collection.

You may NOT use the VPN service for:

• Illegal content distribution (copyright infringement, CSAM, etc.).
• Cyberattacks, hacking, or spreading malware.
• Harassment or violation of others' privacy.

4. Limitation of Liability

HQMX VPN is provided "as is". While we strive for 99.9% uptime and robust security, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the service.

5. Termination

You may terminate this agreement at any time by uninstalling the application. Upon uninstallation, your node is immediately removed from the network, and no further bandwidth will be shared.
